Meet the Staff

Celina Mincey

Celina Mincey brings years of teaching and specialized training to her WinWin career.  Teaching in Chicago’s public system, she gained  hands-on knowledge and advanced training in dealing with difficult students in a variety of settings.  She holds a master’s degree in Social and Cultural Foundations of Education from DePaul University and complimented her education by working internships in both Australia and Tanzania.  Celina received extensive Conflict Resolution training with the Three Principles Foundation (West Virginia University) and has recently completed a Leadership Development curriculum.  Celina is the co-founder of a non-profit organization in Charlotte, NC.  She also spends time as a singer/songwriter,  editor, and painter.
