Meet the Staff

Lynn Whitley

             In 1994, Ms. Whitley established WinWin & Associates, a company based in Charlotte, NC that provides violence prevention trainings for schools, community agencies and businesses throughout the United States. WinWin has trained and helped implement Peer Mediation, Conflict Resolution, Peer Helper and other “Safe Schools” programs in more than a thousand schools and agencies.

             Ms. Whitley has developed materials and training modules in which problem solving, community building and character development is taught through methods that are both fun and effective.  Ms. Whitley has applied her extensive, field-tested experience to author a Peer Mediation Training Manual & Implementation Guide and to design WinWin’s comprehensive Training Kit. She has also developed the “Training of Trainers” method – an approach that results in self sustaining programs that continue to be effective year after year. Ms. Whitley continues to conduct Peer Mediation and Conflict Resolution training tracks at state and national conferences. 

             Lynn Whitley is the owner of WinWin & Associates, Inc.  She holds master degrees in both counseling and teaching. She has also earned numerous certifications in mediation, conflict resolution, substance abuse prevention/intervention, and creative training. Throughout her career, Lynn has held a number of teaching, counseling and coordinating positions in public schools in Alaska and North Carolina.
